What would it feel like to do things because you WANT to, not because you feel like you HAVE to?

Amazing, right?

When we agree to do things out of obligation, it builds resentment.

We aren’t being honest with ourselves.

We don’t REALLY want to do it.

Learn to say yes to things you truly want to do and say no to things you don’t.

It may be hard at first (I found it incredibly hard).

But you get to show up ALL IN when you so choose and know that you are respecting yourself when you say no out of love.

Start telling yourself the truth.
